Refund Process: To initiate the cancellation and refund process, please contact our customer support team through our website's contact form. In your request, include your full name, email address used for the purchase, and the date of purchase.

Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Subscription Termination: Upon successful refund, your access to TriviaNerd's premium features will be terminated, and your account will revert to the free version.

Non-Refundable Situations: Please note that we are unable to provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 7-day grace period.
  • Cancellation due to dissatisfaction with new features or updates that were introduced after your purchase.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in the termination of your account.
  • Failure to comply with our usage policies.

Subscription Renewal: If you choose to continue using TriviaNerd beyond the annual subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for another year. You can, however, cancel the auto-renewal at any time during the subscription period.

2. Technical Issues: We're always working behind the scenes to make sure TriviaNerd is top-notch. If you experience any technical glitches, we'll provide you with 2 months free as a goodwill gesture. If the hiccup continues and you're not feeling the trivia vibes, we'll issue a refund.

3. Prorated Refunds: Since we charge an annual fee, if you decide to part ways with us before your year is up, we'll calculate a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.

4. Free Forever Plan: TriviaNerd offers a free plan for up to 5 users, letting you enjoy the trivia experience without any commitments. If you decide to upgrade and later change your mind, just follow our refund guidelines mentioned above.

5. Service Interruptions: Our team is dedicated to ensuring TriviaNerd is always available for your trivia pursuits. However, if there's an unexpected prolonged service outage, we'll be on top of it. Should this severely impact your experience, please connect with us, and we'll determine the best way to make it right.

6. Account Misuse: We value the integrity of the TriviaNerd community. If an account is found to be misused, such as breaching our terms or sharing account access inappropriately, we might have to suspend or terminate the account. Refunds, in these situations, may be declined.

7. Method of Refund: In the event of a refund approval, rest assured that the amount will be returned to the credit card you initially used for the payment.

8. Processing Time: We understand that time is of the essence. Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 3-5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

9. Renewals: Remember, TriviaNerd charges an annual fee. If you wish to opt-out, please cancel before your next billing cycle.
